Smoked Salmon Pate with Nasturtium Leaves

Ingredients
- 255 g smoked salmon
- 110 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp thickened cream
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 2 tbsp chives or fennel
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- mini toasts or other dry biscuit
- 1 bunch nasturtium leaves
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with wooden spoon or in a blender till you have the consistency you want for the pate.
- To serve put a little pate onto a slice of mini toast or other dry biscuit.
- Top with a nasturtium leaf.
