Smoked Salmon Pate with Nasturtium Leaves

  • 255 g smoked salmon
  • 110 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp thickened cream
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • 2 tbsp chives or fennel
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • mini toasts or other dry biscuit
  • 1 bunch nasturtium leaves


  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with wooden spoon or in a blender till you have the consistency you want for the pate.
  • To serve put a little pate onto a slice of mini toast or other dry biscuit.
  • Top with a nasturtium leaf.
