1 Lemon or orange juicer

smoked salmon

cream cheese

thickened cream

lemon, juice only

chives or fennel

black pepper
mini toasts or other dry biscuit

bunch
nasturtium leaves
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with wooden spoon or in a blender till you have the consistency you want for the pate.
To serve put a little pate onto a slice of mini toast or other dry biscuit.
Top with a nasturtium leaf.
