'I travel on my tummy'.
There, I've said it.
Sure, I go to see pretty scenes
and historic (hysteric) thingies and all that. But eating is high on my way
of coming to grips with culture. So, come with me down the back alleys,
piazzas, food halls, cafes and formal dining rooms of wherever.
Hopefully,
though the places I review may not remain, the basics of the food culture
that I encounter will and you can use the material to do some seeking
yourself.
