Experience & Team

Buth Kuddeh catering is currently a small-scale family business.

I have been cooking all my life, well, at least since I was allowed near a stove relatively unsupervised.

I had a few stabs at catering many years ago, mainly for charitable events; and I spent a year cooking for groups I took touring in National Parks in Australia, a tough group of punters when it’s raining and cold and dark and they are miserable and hungry.Paul van Reyk

I set up the company formally in 2004. Since that time I’ve catered for weddings, parties, anything – really! Small dinners, school fetes, film festival openings; whatever someone wants, I’m likely to say yes.

Still no formal chef training, but that hasn’t stopped people from wanting to eat my food. Check out the testimonials from past punters.

The family business part? That’s when I can convince my kids to help out.
